I would like to raise a complaint regarding the cleaning service I received. I had specifically requested and paid for cleaning products to be provided during the service. However, the cleaner arrived without the necessary products, which forced me to purchase them again myself. In addition, the service quality was very disappointing. The cleaner worked very slowly, appeared unorganised, and had to repeat tasks multiple times. I had booked a 2-hour deep cleaning service for my 1-bedroom flat and clearly explained my expectations at the beginning. The cleaner confirmed that the work could be completed within the booked time. Despite this, the deep cleaning was not carried out properly, and after working inefficiently, the cleaner requested an additional 30 minutes of paid time. Overall, I am dissatisfied with both the professionalism and the quality of the service provided and would appreciate this matter being reviewed. Furthermore , I also tried contacting support through the app, but only the AI help option was available and it was unable to properly understand or resolve my issue. After multiple messages, I was finally referred to a support agent and received a message stating that an agent would contact me within an hour. However, I still have not received any call or response. Despite my complaint and unresolved issue, I have already been charged for the additional 30 minutes, which I do not believe is justified given the poor quality and inefficient service provided.
