Have been working with Sim for a few months and she’s been great. Very punctual, great at completing all the tasks, is very considerate in quality that she offers. Sim has been exceptional as always. Great communication — very important for me since it’s an Airbnb rental, so I can make sure everything is fine with the flat. She also noticed an issue with the front door and fixed it! I couldn’t recommend her more!
