Cleaning: holiday rental cleaning, on-site towel and linen washing

Sim has been exceptional as always. Great communication — very important for me since it’s an Airbnb rental, so I can make sure everything is fine with the flat. She also noticed an issue with the front door and fixed it! I couldn’t recommend her more!

Cleaning: deep cleaning

I booked a deep cleaning, but the service was very disappointing. The cleaner refused to clean my kitchen window, even though the “outside” part is actually inside a covered balcony and easily accessible. In two hours, she only managed to clean a small toilet and left the rest of the flat undone. She worked very slowly, and the job was nowhere near what I’ve experienced from other cleaners in the past. Definitely not worth the price for a “deep clean.” ---
