Nora was absolutely fantastic! I told her exactly which rooms I wanted her to focus on & she did just that. She also has a very calm & polite personality, which made the experience very pleasant.

Despite the general cleaning being fine, our kitchen counter was destroyed by spilled oven cleaner. This had caused caustic burns that are irreparable. The cleaner was very honest in acknowledging her error. But I'm left with a destroyed kitchen counter and a reluctant Wecasa to take genuine responsibility (not just admitting fault, but covering the full cost). My hope is this is resolved soon and I can update this review once my kitchen has been repaired.
