Unfortunately only 2/3 was completed even though we have had other cleaners able to complete the work in the allotted time. The cleaning completed was of ok quality but just much too slow so I now have to finish the work myself.

Stephen was exceptionally polite and friendly, a very genuine person. After rescheduling, Stephen did arrive promptly at the reorganised time and date. Stephen put a lot of effort into cleaning my room. I especially appreciated that he got into some nooks and crannies and cleaned areas I hadn’t considered. Stephen was very considerate of noise levels in the house as we have children and so cleaned the floor with a brush instead of hoover. This was really thoughtful, however I would have preferred hoovering. Additionally, some belongings were not put back.
