Good cleaning but I booked for a deep clean and I feel like some areas could’ve used a bit more love. Not dirty in anyway, just not as ‘deep’ as I would’ve liked

Unfortunately our expectations of what constitutes a deep clean were not met despite being assured by the cleaner that all tasks could be completed. Priority tasks that were listed and discussed were ignored and basics included with a standard clean such as missing areas of vacuuming in our small flat were not done. Lastly, an item of clothing was burnt whilst ironing with a whole through and the damage is not reparable - one of us was at home when it happened but the cleaner did not tell us which was the most disappointing part really. The only part of the clean we were really satisfied with was the cleaning of the bath.
