Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this cleaner. They showed very little initiative and often asked basic questions about how to clean things that a professional should already know. For example, they began vacuuming in an area that was still being cleared, even though there were plenty of other tasks to focus on. They spent unnecessary time cleaning the inside frame of the dishwasher, which was full of clean items that simply needed putting away — even after being told twice to do so, it still wasn’t completed. The overall pace was quite slow, and several areas were missed or only partially cleaned. Some spots on the walls were overlooked, and the work didn’t feel thorough or professional. They also failed to take out the rubbish or empty the bathroom bin. When asked to put away the washed dishes, they were shown exactly where everything belonged but still didn’t complete the task. Overall, the job felt more like the work of an amateur rather than an experienced cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

This was my first experience with a cleaner and it was great! Denzil did a great job, he cleaned everything that I asked thoroughly and even removed old grease stains from my appliances. He is also polite, respectful, quiet and he managed to finish 10-15 minutes earlier.
