No attention to detail - big bits of rubbish laying around under and behind furniture. One room was still dusty and things left on the floor that should've been picked up. Some bathroom surfaces missed. She didn't move anything to vacuum under, just went around them. The house was not messy so she finished the job an hour early too. When asked about it, she got defensive and cancelled future cleans herself.
