She came on time to tell me 3hrs in not enough for ironing I told u want more time she said no. She had no intention of ironing , she can’t hoover properly, refused to change beds and didn’t the fridge or air fryer . 2hrs 30 in toilets nothing else. Bear in mind my house in a new built . I bought products on her request as well. She saw I was disappointed, even my daughter had to ask what she did. I basically ended up paying money for clean my toilets. She said doesn’t arrange things. What waste of money time . Best stay clear. Polite elderly lady but not a cleaner
