Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

Abs was hard to communicate with in advance and repeatedly requested to change to booking to different times and days. He arrived 15mins late, which would not have been a problem except he left a full hour early and hadn't even cleaned the whole place! My partner saw him packing up his things to leave and asked if he was all done. Abs said yes and left. However, he didn't clean 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and left the kitchen floor muddy after mopping (clearly didn't change the water after doing a large area). What's worse, he left a HUGE gash in our wooden floors. I'm beyond disappointed and now need to spend time cleaning the rooms he didn't bother to do, redoing the cleaning he did do, and bickering with Wecasa about their insurance policy to get our wood floor fixed. I will also be claiming back some of the fee, as we obviously didn't get 4hrs worth of work. Terrible service.
