Franklyn is always friendly, prpfessional and respectful in my home. He always arrives on time. Only issue is I reslly need him to use my mop bucket as I couldnt stay at mine last two niggts due to spiders, and the detergent on all floors would serve as a repellent. Franklyn makes the best of my sub par hoover which i'll soon upgrade. Franklyn is thorough in the surface cleaing and his customer service communication is excellent. Thank you Franklyn
