Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

The booking was scheduled for 1:00 PM for 3.5 hours, which means the cleaning should have been completed at 5:00 PM. The cleaner arrived at 1:22 PM and only began cleaning around 1:30 PM. She then attempted to leave my house at 4:40 PM, which was still within the booked time. When I politely mentioned that there was still time remaining and asked if she could clean the windows or complete a few remaining tasks, she became extremely agitated and started saying she won’t even take the bins out now. She raised her voice and started shouting inside my home, which was completely unacceptable and very uncomfortable. Because of this behaviour, I had to ask her to leave my house. She also left without completing basic tasks such as cleaning the windows or taking the bins out. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I booked this service expecting a reliable and respectful cleaner, but instead I experienced poor service and inappropriate behaviour in my home. Given what happened, I am requesting a full refund for today’s session. Please let me know how this will be resolved.
