Cleaning: Deep cleaning

The cleaner was very punctual and polite, and certain areas where cleaned very well (bathroom). However, despite instructions to focus on certain areas, multiple things were not cleaned satisfactorily, or not cleaned at all. Additionally, the speed of the service was incredibly slow, despite only having a one bedroom flat and booking for 3 hours (the recommended time) one room was entirely uncleaned, and the hoovering and the mopping was not completed. No other tasks (changing sheets, ironing etc) were requested, this was simply down to either poor time management or slow speed of work on the cleaners side.
