I haven't had my flat professionally cleaned in over a year. My friend is coming to stay tomorrow and now that I'm studying for my MA and working 4 jobs, I thought I would treat myself to a deep clean instead of trying to cram in cleaning in-between my assignment and work. I have a Ragdoll cat so my main issue is cat hair and dust. Harpreet was great. All I had to do was show her around, show her what to use and leave her to it. I left for 2.5 hours to run an earrand and she was wrapping up by the time I returned. My only small criticism is with the WeCasa app, I think the app is fine but you should integrate the cleaning list onto the app, not where it needs to be printed off and filled in separately. That way the client doesn't have to explain in great detail what needs deep cleaning... The cleaner knows what to expect once they arrive. I would book Harpreet again or use the service again. I'm considering monthly of fortnightly cleans. My flat looked just like it used to after I got it professionally cleaned last year.
