Cleaning: Deep cleaning, Cleaning products

I had booked in for end of tenancy cleaning. I communicated with the cleaner that this included the oven, fridge and freezer, as a priority. I also booked in and paid extra for products to use, as I wasn't sure the ones there would be good enough. I asked for any contents from the cupboards should be piled up by the door.  I indicated if there was time (within the 4.5 hours paid for) that it would be lovely if the windows could be cleaned as well. There was some confusion about the location of the mop - I thought it was by the door, but in fact it was in the bathroom. However the cleaner never found it (didn't look!!!) so didn't do the floors. One cupboard was emptied carefully of cups, but all the other cupboards were untouched. At least I know the cleaner did in fact turn up! The oven, fridge and freezer were untouched. The windows were not cleaned, the floor was not touched at all. Clearly this is not what would be expected of any understanding of an end of tenancy clean. I think probably 10 mins work was done. I spent all yesterday doing the cleaning myself, with the help of my sister and nephew.
