Manwinder has been absolutely terrible. She has repeatedly cancelled appointments at the last minute—sometimes just an hour before—completely disrupting my cleaning schedule and leaving my home in a mess with no way to reorganise a session for the same day. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. She seems to think she can do this without any regard for her responsibility or client satisfaction. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and incredibly irresponsible.

I would expect if someone comes to iron, that he is able to iron. The clothes are still full of folds. I have sent him a message and he blames the quality of ny fabrics. I have a video. He wanted to do all in a rush. I want my money back, I am hugely disappointed..
