This cleaner grumbled from start to finish, refusing to do basic tasks Wecasa stated are services they provide. She refused to clean common areas in the house, refused to mop, refused to make my bed stating that 'bed making and sheets changing is a deep clean'....everything was a hassle! I just had a baby and she stressed me so much. She didnt empty the bin in my room, didnt clean the floors properly. Came late even though I dont mind. Her whole attitude was nasty and my elderly parents were not happy AT ALL! I need Wecasa to please organise another cleaning session and I dont want her back. I await a resolution because this for me is a serious complaint and I am not satisfied with her service. Even after showing her on my phone the service she is supposed to render, she kept arguing Also she left the items she used for cleaning lying about, the mop bucket had filthy water inside, meaning she didn't bother to change the water she used to mop the whole house at all and left it for us to clean up after her, so what was the point of getting a professional to clean our property?
