Appalling service. She came for only an hour, then left saying she would complete the second hour of the clean later that day - but didn’t return. After messaging her to ask why, she said she’d come back the following day - but once again didn’t, and again without explanation. I’ve now been charged for a two hour clean for a half done job, and can only hope that Wecasa will recoup the costs. She also indicated in one message (following the first hour’s clean) that the property was too far for her to travel to, leaving me completely puzzled as to why she’d accepted the job in the first place.

Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

Tebian was very thorough and proactive and flexible and I was very pleased with her work and her positive can-do demeanor. This was a once off clean, but if using Wecasa I will hire her again in the future.
