Victor was so lovely and was certainly presente with a challenging house to clean today! With a baby, a toddler, a difficult pregnancy, and two adults working full time, the place was in bad shape. The first session with Victor went so well despite all the toys and clutter in his way. He was very professional and thorough, and ensured my top priorities were met within the time allotted. Thank you!!

Unfortunately we are not happy with the service. The time was allocated as 4 bedroom and three bathroom house. We did not ask to clean the largest room as that was not needed. Yet the cleaner kept asking for time extension. The house was pretty clean anyway yet the cleaner did not complete the following As per the checklist- - Dusting was not properly done on the staircase and the base panels on the room walls - tile floors were not moped - Bins were not emptied - bed sheets were not changed Overall, we felt that the service provided was not worth the money charged
