Hilarly worked efficiently and effectively to deep clean our home. She was organised, with great attention to detail, and very respectful of my space.

Very unsatisfied. On the one occasion she came to clean for me she was almost half an hour late, then didn’t clean the living room as I hadn’t “specifically asked her to”. She then cancelled all upcoming cleaning sessions without explanation or apology.
