First time user of the app, we had an expectation level for the service we paid for but was unmet. We paid for a 3hour Standard Clean session for our 3-bedroom house. Firstly, Timeliness - Farida requested to start 30minutes later and therefore arrived at 0930, she proceeded to work until 1150 and promptly left the house. The expectation was 0930 to 1230; we therefore paid 3hrs for her to do 2hrs and 20mins. Secondly, Quality - Farida came off confident in knowing cleaning products and what to use but the end result of her work showed a disappointment of leftover dusts and uncleaned corners that is visible to the naked eye. Dusts still remain on face-level surfaces; she only tasked herself to clean the Kitchen (to a shabby state, dusts on corners which was supposedly been vacuumed and mopped), main Bathroom (shower drains untouched, radiators with marks), Dining room (metal frame remains dusty) and the Living room (only arranged the pillows); leaving the bedrooms untouched. At the end of her work, the vacuum had dusts, bins were not taken out and we're £60 short. Would we recommend this service? No

Really friendly, and confident. I've not had a cleaner before, so don't have any comparison, Farida had her own agenda, but I did write a list (as recommended by wecasa). Good cleaning, but she told me my cleaning cloth would smear and streak, I said to leave the glass then, and now every window, mirror and kitchen cupboard door I have is smeared (which weren't on my list to start with). She did also change the sheets on the kids beds, even though she doesn't usually so I was really appreciative (Wecasa did advertise this as being okay).
