Absolutely outrageous, I heard a lot about wecasa on the internet so decided to book a cleaner but the cleaner was absolutely unprofessional, rude and left everything in a mess. I booked the cleaner for 2 hours and in those 2 hours she only cleaned 2 toilets. I explained her what I needed from her, but she couldn’t care less. She came in a little late and then she took her time changing clothes, washing her water bottle and kept using phone as well. The 2 toilets she cleaned are not cleaned at all. I have taken pictures as well, I’m very disappointed, and will be cancelling all my future appointments now as I booked once every week
