Absolutely HORRENDOUS SERVICE! firstly, she told me that she would be running late in the morning, but she arrived an hour and a half later. Secondly, I told her beforehand that it would just be ironing and the quality of the ironing is shocking I actually think a child could’ve done a better job. If anything she’s made more work for me and I will never be using Wecasa as they clearly don’t seem to be their professionals and just assume everyone can iron and clean. Absolute waste of money. I have a 200£ iron, which does the job fantastic so the fact that it turned out this bad is showing how unskilled this individual is.
