Qian is great, very efficient and has great attention to detail. She did a very good job and everything looks spotless. She even took the time to stay a bit longer to finish the winter garden which she did as an extra. I highly recommend booking Qian.

Overall very polite and was in time which I appreciated. The house was pretty clean already as we were away since last cleaned and the areas that were cleaned were done to a good level. However yet many areas were left half done, including the leaving room which was only dusted. Appreciate the pro was hoping for a very specific set of products to be available to them, which may have slowed them down. However we were expecting more to get done in a 4h session when the house is clean.
