Great dude, he turned up on time and unfortunately we didn’t prepare well enough so were missing a couple of bits he needed. He let us know up front and so when the job was complete we knew these areas weren’t cleaned in the ideal way.

Firstly, I’m quite surprised by the recent reviews, as they don’t reflect my experience with Owolabi at all, so I'm taking the time to write this. He’s been doing weekly cleans for me for over six months now, and he’s consistently punctual, polite, and checks in as soon as he arrives to see if there's anything additional that needs doing. His regular cleaning is always done thoroughly, and he leaves everything spotless. I often ask him to take on extra tasks like cleaning the oven, dishwasher, or washing machine, and he always handles these perfectly. What matters most to me is that the job is done properly – and he delivers every time. I don’t mind if he finishes a bit earlier, as I’m always satisfied with the results. I’d also suggest that clearer communication from clients would help manage their expectations more effectively.

He was 20 mins late as he said that he did not realise his booking was confirmed on the app (?) and left 20 mins early as he cleaned everything faster than expected and early even though he knew he could have stayed longer and done a deeper clean. Upon inspection, all looks good but he did unfortunately make one of our bath towels and toiletry shelves very wet from using the shower head to clean and didn’t let us know which is fine but would have been nice for him to tell us!

Been with us a good while now and I feel very comfortable with him in the house he is very efficient and understands that sometimes he needs to change the order he does things in to fit in to our life a flexible self starter who absorbs additional occasional tasks happily. Only professional who has asked me to check his work every week and last week he requested a review which we did - and he is very fond of our siamese cats and they of him A pleasure to have looking after our weekly clean
