The cleaner arrived 30 minutes late and did not carry out the deep clean that had been booked. After two hours, only the kitchen worktops and a few surfaces had been cleaned, and I had to point out that cleaning the kitchen should also include the floor. The service provided was only a light surface clean, despite paying for a deep clean. When I ran my finger over one of the supposedly cleaned surfaces, it came away covered in black dust. The cleaner insisted the area had been cleaned but could not explain why there was still so much dirt remaining. Throughout the appointment, the cleaner was rude and took personal phone calls during the time I was paying for the service. I provided kitchen spray, cream cleaner and hob cleaner. The cleaner repeatedly asked for a “kitchen cleaner” but, even when I asked for clarification and offered to go out to buy one, she could not explain what product she was referring to. I also attempted to raise these issues with WeCasa afterwards, but they were unwilling to engage or resolve the complaint. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
