She cleaned very slowly, most of the cleaning wasn’t done because of that and she wasn’t punctual.

She was friendly and polite, the cleaning was thorough but it didn’t feel like an overall deep clean, skirtings and dusting left, as well as mirrors as she did not have enough time. The flat was relatively clean to start with and I wanted a deep clean to relieve my workload. Wecasa’s cleaning list for a deep clean does not match the time allowed for the session, I believe this is a fault with the app.

Good 'standard' clean quality, but we paid for a deep clean! Did a good job of cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, shelves etc. but was expecting better -- sofa wasn't moved/cleaned behind, didn't hoover under the bed etc. so certain elements were not as expected.

Deep cleaning was ordered and I clearly defined - please do kitchen first and after bathrooms if you’ll have time. Pro forgot about oven and hob and left it in completely awful state. When I asked why - she said it was not included and she would not have time which is not true, she spent in kitchen 2h to clean drawers and fridge, not sure it’s appropriate time spending.
