Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

Mya arrived 27 minutes late and left an hour earlier than expected. Upon addressing the late arrival, she did not offer an apology and instead responded in an unprofessional and argumentative manner, claiming that the service I requested was not included in the booking. The overall standard of cleaning provided was below expectations and not in line with what I have experienced previously. As a result, I have had to arrange for an alternative cleaning service to ensure my needs are met. Given the unacceptable quality of service and the inconvenience caused, I am requesting a full refund for this booking.

Cleaning: classic one-off cleaning

The clean was not thorough, Dust was still left in quite a few places. Damage was caused to blinds and a few other items. I don't think enough care and attention was taken for the clean. It felt very rushed. Her tone from her initial messages were also quite abrupt.
