Overall we’re quite disappointed. We booked an end of tenancy deep clean and made clear we needed the oven deep cleaned, skirting boards, shower etc. not only had I cleaned myself before the cleaner came (and thank god I did) to make it easier for them, when we arrived to check the job had been done properly both myself and my Partner had to clean bits the cleaner had missed: - skirting boards were not cleaned - there was still dirt left on the kitchen floor in the corners and by the cupboards - floor in the bathroom around the toilet was soaking wet and one corner had a whole spludge of wet / dirty left in it (I had to clean this up) - the oven was not deep cleaned. The sides were left untouched and marks left on the bottom. I had purchased a descaling scraper to use for the oven which the cleaner did not use. - cupboards had not been wiped down on the outside, clear marks were left - around the sink had water and limescale marks that again we had to clean ourselves - the shower screen was not properly clean. Still a bit musty to look through and left water marks at the bottom and the top of the glass. Which again we had to clean - the hob hadn’t been DEEP cleaned. I had to go over it Our landlord is now going to charge us for the oven and other cleaning bits - we were promised a deep end of tenancy clean and this was not what we got ….
