Thorough cleaning, but bad attitude. Constantly complained about the quality of cleaning products and mop (even though I've had several cleaners come in and use the same mop and bucket before and never had a problem). When I asked Maria to put everything back after cleaning the bathrooms she also said it was not her job to do that and it was the clients responsibility to have everything removed and ready, and then put it back. Again, I've had several cleaning jobs done and never been told his, nor has anyone had a problem doing this. (If I'm paying for a cleaning but have to do half the work myself how is this helpful to me...) I was working from home that day and in back to back meetings online, which she could see. Despite me saying I was working and would be in meetings, she had loud music playing on her phone in the room I was working from, and I had to ask her to close the door so I would not be disturbed. It was stressful for me. Anyway, she was thorough in cleaning what she did, but didn't clean inside the fridges or oven, even though when I was walking her through the tasks when she arrived I said I needed this done. Her response was I would have to book I'm separately for that, as this session was just a light clean. There was definitely enough time, as I had booked in the job for 3.5 hours and she finished in 2 hours and 10 minutes and left. When amending the booking to reflect that, she insisted she was there for 2 hours and 30 mins even though I had timed the job and this was just false, she'd also arrived late having gotten lost. Overall, it was more of a headache than a help and although she did a good job cleaning I'd rather go with someone else next time.
