Horrible service. Booked an end of tenancy cleaning. Cleaner showed up late. Cleaner had a list of must do and did not follow theme, did not move the empty forniture left (1 empty tv stand) and left dust when hair underneath. Left hair and dust in bathroom. Left bond with lid and water in. Left carpet full of dirt and dusts Overall a waste of money as it did not meet an of tenancy standard (not even a normal cleaning one).

Paid for an End of Tenancy Professional Clean, however, we were still charged by the Landlord for a Professional Clean due to poor work. Additionally, she left circa 45 minutes early and didn't finish all areas e.g. fridge/freezer.

Helpful, friendly and hard-working, we had a nice chat and she got everything I needed done (and more!) in the time available. I'd definitely call her again the next time for flat needs an extra-careful clean.
