I booked a deep clean of my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment through Wecasa, which recommended 5 hours for the job. The cleaner was polite and arrived on time, and overall the apartment was noticeably cleaner by the end. However, I did notice several spots that had been missed — areas that should’ve been easy to catch during a deep clean. What stood out most was the time taken. Despite the oven and fridge already being clean before the session, and the kitchen being quite small, the cleaner took 6 hours to finish. I couldn't help but feel that the pace was intentionally slow to extend the job, especially since no particularly time-consuming tasks were needed. I appreciate the effort, but for the extra time (and cost), I expected a more thorough and efficient job. A good clean, but not quite up to the deep clean standard I was hoping for.
