Cleaning: End of tenancy cleaning, Cleaning products

We arranged a three hour session for our 1b studio for move out cleaning. Bogdan came with no vacuum cleaner while we didn't have one. I specifically selected ''cleaning products needed'' as I made the booking. I thought as a ''pro'', whoever comes should have the basic tools for cleaning a flat, especially for a move out cleaning service. Besides the floor, which is still completely dirty after the cleaning, he also didn't make effort to clean the fridge properly. Neither did he try to make the flat at least presentable with the tools he already has. There were a few rubbish items lying on the floor which he did not bother to take to the bin. The bin was not emptied after the session either.
