Annie was kind but arrive quite late. My bathroom was cleaned quite well, which was great. However, she left dirt and dust in the window frames, which was something I particularly asked to be cleaned, not even bothering to roll up the shade. She did not dust or wipe some surfaces, like a shelf I have in my hallway. She moved furniture around to clean but did not put the furniture back in place and she did not bother with finishing touches that would have gone a long way with making the flat feel tidier. Overall I felt this cleaning was not worth the price I paid for it.
