Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Im not happy with today’s first session - a man turned up with the cleaner and insisted to come into my house with her and I had to ask him to leave. Im worried from a safety perspective and even wondered if this is a modern slavery issue - the cleaning quality was quite bad and the cleaner did not understand instructions in English. She also used window cleaner on all surfaces instead of using provided anti bacterial. She also used the same microfibre cloth to clean the toilet seat on the rest of the bathroom which is unsanitary - i saw the cleaner wiping surfaces such as tables without removing objects on top of them to clean underneath. Doing bare minimum - she was extremely slow and seemed not bothered
