Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

Unfortunately, my experience with this cleaner was memorable for all the wrong reasons. She arrived with more enthusiasm for her phone than the task at hand, and seemed to treat the job as a suggestion rather than a service. Basic cleaning principles were either unknown or ignored—using Viakal on granite countertops was a particularly bold (and misguided) choice. Glass surfaces were left streaked, floors untouched by any meaningful mop or vacuum, and even the cat's mess remained a surprise feature. She required near-constant direction, belched audibly throughout, and moved through the home as if jet-lagged. I won’t be booking again—and I suggest others proceed with caution (and perhaps a cleaning cloth of their own).
