Our cleaner arrived just a little after start time. The GREAT: He was incredibly polite. He had no issue with my dogs which is always helpful as they can be full on. Did a really good job on the bathrooms and the internal glass. The NOT-so-GREAT: The core reason for getting the service was to tackle my ironing and whilst the cleaner made a good effort in reducing the pile; the ironing and folding skill was not what I had hoped for and one of my white shirts was damaged (ironed a logo that shouldn’t be ironed and it transferred to the white cotton). I will probably use WeCasa again for general cleaning but since ironing is the prime service I need, I might look for another service first and reduce hours with WeCasa.

It was my first using Wecasa and Lewis has done an amazing job with the house. The communication pre-booking was super easy. He is polite, very efficient and left the house spotless. I will definitely continue to work with him and I'll definitely recommend him.
