Unfortunately the quality of this clean was well below what we’re used to. We normally have a cleaner come weekly for two hours for our small 2-bed cottage, so we booked a 3-hour deep clean with WeCasa as a one-off while she was ill. Surfaces were only briefly wiped down, with no real dusting or hoovering, and none of the rooms were mopped. The pace was very slow throughout and therefore a couple of rooms were skipped entirely, seemingly because time ran out. Disappointing result, wouldn’t recommend.

Cleaning wasn’t up to standard I expected. It was purely cosmetic (very light dusting) but I’ve had to go over everything again properly. Wouldn’t recommend wecasa in the future.
