Unfortunately, I cannot say that the level of the cleaning was satisfactory. The lady appointed to me was kind as an individual, but the level of the competency in cleaning was not a highly rated one, sadly. I had to reclean my windows and the shower cabin after she left as I was not comfortable with how they looked. I did not want to give her a feed back on the spot, thinking that she might not take it in a constructive way, therefore I have decided to speak with a member of your team first. As I could not get in touch with anyone (and I was not available when someone called me) leaving a review on your page it is the most appropriate step I could take. Complaining that she was tired even before the job was started was not an appropriate at all, and overall just saying that this job could have been taken in the morning not in the afternoon did not help.
