Firstly I would like to say that the cleaner that was assigned to attend my home for 3 and a half hrs was punctual and polite absolutely no issues regarding that. However the major concern is that what I paid for I didn’t get. bearing in mind just under £100 is very expensive for me considering that I do not work . However I was more than happy to pay as I was lead to believe I would receive a 5* service. If I asked for a regular standard clean I would have been happy with the results but as I asked for a deep clean I was very unhappy with the work that was done. Lots of simple things were not done , my home was still dusty and tasks that I asked to be completed were not. A deep clean was definitely not done on my home and I’m very disappointed. On more than two occasions the cleaner stated that she was not a professional and she could only do what she could which in my opinion was not good enough. The cleaner wasted two hours cleaning the kitchen which is very small which in any event when she left I had to hoover and mop it myself. I will not be using this service again. After paying just under a £100 I still need to pay for a cleaner to attend my come to do a deep clean. Very disappointed
