Cleaner was punctual, friendly and polite and although we feel bad saying this, the clean was not up to the standard expected of a professional. The main priority was the bathrooms and items such as the sinks and plugs have been missed (with gunk) or not fully cleaned, and also there is still a lot of soap residue on the shower screens. We have had cleaners previously and the difference in finish is significant, when previous cleaners have been the bathrooms have sparkled and you can tell straight away a cleaner has been where unfortunately this is not the case this time around. Although a reasonable amount of time was spent vacuuming, there were areas in those rooms which had been missed. Would have expected the whole room to be cleaned, but mirrors and skirting boards were missed, and no nice touches including towels neatly placed or toilet paper neatly placed. The cleaner did ask me to inspect where I did and within the three minutes I was upstairs, I wiped away gunk and shined the taps and fed this back as something expected. She took the feedback on but didn’t offer to rectify any of the rooms.

had a fabulous clean from Ellie, I was impressed that she reached out before the clean to ask about expectations and for a task list - we were both a little unsure how long some tasks would take so we agreed priorities and to see how far she could get through them. I'm really pleased with the clean, done to an excellent standard and happy with how much got done.
