Although sweet every time he came he broke something. The child’s step fine, the burnt out extension lead and damaged iwatch charger … um ok. This time he’s broken hot water tap that costs £275 to replace.

Joseph is absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time and everything has been done to such a high standard. I had a cleaner a while back (only once) and they put me off getting an external person to come in and help. However, the standard of cleaning provided by Joseph is above and beyond. Joseph was excellent. Very polite and friendly, and a real whirlwind of activity throughout the three hours. Our house was in a pretty challenging state to begin with, and given the sheer volume of work, I genuinely don’t think anyone could have achieved more in the time available. He worked extremely hard and clearly wanted to deliver as much value as possible. We’re looking forward to his next visit and getting into a good rhythm going forward.
