Joseph was excellent. Very polite and friendly, and a real whirlwind of activity throughout the three hours. Our house was in a pretty challenging state to begin with, and given the sheer volume of work, I genuinely don’t think anyone could have achieved more in the time available. He worked extremely hard and clearly wanted to deliver as much value as possible. We’re looking forward to his next visit and getting into a good rhythm going forward.
