Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We invited the cleaner for a three-hour general clean of an already tidy flat, to be completed while I was working so we could go out as a family afterwards. She arrived 1.5 hours late, leaving insufficient time for the job. Very little cleaning was done, and I had to spend a further 2.5 hours finishing the work myself. A sentimental item was broken, and our vacuum was clogged with fabric, requiring disassembly. We had to cancel our plans, I couldn’t complete my own work, and the whole experience felt like a complete waste — if not worse. She was very polite and apologised for everything, but unfortunately, that made no difference to the outcome.
