Our cleaner arrived 15 minutes late to the appointment. He then left an hour and a half before the time we had booked for. Sadly the quality of the cleaning was subpar. We had asked for a deep clean in the kitchen, bathroom, WC then focus on floors and cabinets. We had filled out the form that we are meant to use and walked the cleaner through our priorities, which were written on the form directly for them to refer to through the session. We are very disappointed with the quality of the service we have received. This was not a deep clean in any way. The kitchen was left grimy, none of the interiors had been touched despite being specified on the form. Surfaces in the bathroom were not clean and the entire WC had not been touched. I would have understood if our requests had taken more than the allotted time, but our cleaner left before this which is very poor given the low quality of the clean overall.
