Scarlett was lovely. She got in touch before the visit as I’d mentioned that my mum is deaf and has dementia. Scarlett asked what she could do to not startle mum. She was welcoming asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted done and she has done an amazing job. I can not thank her enough. Also the app and company seem great!! Very pleased
