Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Mona arrived on time, she brought and used her own cleaning supplies, which was fine. She said that she did everything that was asked of her and asked to leave 20 min early. I did have another quick job for her but she said that she had to pick up her daughter so I let her go. Unfortunately, after she left I noticed many marks indicating that she did not do the jobs she had been asked to do and said that she did do. Her mopping was very slap dash and she did not clean the surfaces. I was very disappointed with this service and had to book another cleaner as soon as I could.
