Cleaning: deep cleaning

The website seemed very promising but I'm very disappointed. I booked a 3 and a half hour deep clean. I had to ask her to start 20 minutes late - completely my fault - so she only had 3 hours and 10 minutes to do the clean. Because of this I said to leave both bedrooms and focus on rest of house and to prioritise hallway and and living room as I wanted a deep clean there. When she left she had done hoovered the living room and hallway, done a basic clean of surfaces in both, cleaned the front door (as I requested), done a basic clean of bathroom, skirting boards in bathroom, hallway and living room. Kitchen was not touched. Windows not cleaned. Lots of areas in all rooms including living room and hallway still had dust and cobwebs. Hoovering not done under rug in living room or on settee etc. Wooden floor in living room not cleaned. Mop not used at all. None of these rooms are very big. We're talking about a maisonette and I said she could leave the 2 bedrooms! She also got confused about the time I had booked and tried to leave half an hour early (after cleaning only 2 and a half hours). I had to show her on the app that I had booked 3 and a half. I completely understood the 20 minutes I had been late would come out of my cleaning time and didn't argue that for a second. The lady who came was friendly and polite. And I love the app and online booking. But I am not happy with cleaning I got for the amount I paid. Also, I booked this deep clean for a specific reason and will now have to change my plans as the house is not clean enough.
