Cleaning: deep cleaning, cleaning products

We hired Danielle for deep cleaning of our kitchen and living room which is one room divided into two parts, it’s an open kitchen. We hired her for 2 hours and all she cleaned was the kitchen floor, oven, fridge and kitchen top. Our oven is new so didn’t need cleaning at all. She did not clean any of the the drawers in the kitchen none of the shelves!! Nothing at all. She did the bare minimum in 2 hours!! I’m not happy with her services at all and the fact that i had to pay £56 for this service!! I had to do the rest of the cleaning of the kitchen and my living by myself. We definitely got conned by her. At the end she kept saying i dont know what happened, I’m usually very quick and finish my job in time, but she clearly did not.
