Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

The quality of the cleaning done was sub-par. It seemed like he was in a hurry to finish earlier than the allotted time for the apartment (3 hours). 2 hours into the clean, he said he was done and on looking around, I noticed that he did not wash the bathroom walls, glasses and mirrors and also did not wash the kitchen countertops properly or clean any of the apartment surfaces I complained about it and asked him to go over them once again. He then spent the next hour rectifying this by doing a surface clean of the kitchen countertops where I can still see dirt in certain areas and still did not wash the bathroom walls or glass. The only good thing about the clean was the floors which were mopped and swept.
