Cleaning: Classic one-off cleaning

Cleaner spent 3 hours cleaning only the downstairs area of a small house. Upstairs was not touched, vacuuming was not done, and the floors were left excessively wet with visible dirt residue. I had to clean again after the visit. Unfortunately this was not an acceptable standard of service.
