I wasn’t sure first about letting a stranger into my home, but the app allowed me to find the perfect professional and have a option to select the right one. I’m absolutely delighted by the results delivered by Arman, I learned some tips from him as well. He has done everything in the most efficient and considerare way. Arman from Wecasa worked extremely slowly throughout the cleaning session. He spent nearly an hour in the cloakroom and another hour vacuuming and mopping the kitchen area. Since I was expecting visitors for a house viewing, I had clearly communicated that everything needed to be completed within the allocated time. Seeing the pace of work, I asked him to leave the downstairs area and instead focus on the upstairs bathroom and the three bedrooms. Unfortunately, he then took another 1 hour and 15 minutes just to clean the bathroom. At that point, I had to personally start cleaning the windows, mirrors, and carpets in all three rooms to make sure the house was ready in time. I was also concerned to see him using toilet tissues from the cloakroom to clean the kitchen cupboard doors. After I saw that he then asked for cloths or kitchen roll instead. In addition, he mentioned that some of the dirt could not be removed without a deep-cleaning service and asked whether I wanted to upgrade to that option. Since I had already booked a standard cleaning due to time constraints, I declined and requested that he continue on completing the standard cleaning as booked. Overall, the speed and efficiency of the cleaning were very disappointing. I genuinely do not understand how he received so many 5-star reviews. My experience with Wecasa was frustrating, especially since customers are not able to choose their cleaner themselves.
