Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

She arrived on time and asked for the cleaning products she needed. I provided everything that was available. She specifically requested glass cleaning liquid, which we did not have at home, so I told her to continue with the cleaning while I sent my husband to purchase it. He went to the store, bought it, and handed it to her so she could continue her work. After she finished, she asked me to inspect the cleaning. While checking, I noticed that the shower water-flow area still had visible dirt and limescale. I pointed it out and asked if that area could be cleaned as well. She responded that she had not been given the required product to clean it. I politely explained that if she needed any additional product or tool, she could have asked me and I would have provided it. To demonstrate, I took a brush and lightly cleaned the area in front of her, and the dirt came off immediately. At that point, she became defensive and stated that cleaning that area was part of a deep clean and that we had not arranged the necessary products. She also mentioned that during her previous visit she had cleaned some tiles even though we had only booked a standard clean. For context, during that previous visit there was only one dirty tile in a newly occupied house, not an entire tiled area. Since she brought up the previous visit, I mentioned that on that occasion a mirror placed near the window had been broken, and part of the shower window slider had also been damaged. At the time, I chose not to raise the issue with her and simply let it go. However, after I mentioned this, she became upset and accused me of blaming her for breaking the mirror, which she denied. Her tone became rude, and she abruptly stopped the conversation, gathered her belongings, and left the house. As she left, she shut the doors very forcefully, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
