Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Amandeep is a really good and thorough cleaner. She is the kind of cleaner who notices what needs to be done and just gets on with it, rather than leaving things or thinking something isn’t part of her job. She pays attention to detail and is very thorough every time she comes to clean, which I really appreciate. The only area for improvement is communication. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult, so I would really encourage Amandeep to ask questions and make sure she fully understands instructions. Instead of agreeing when she’s unsure, it would be better for her to feel comfortable asking for clarification—even asking more than once if needed. Overall, I’m very happy with her work and just hope we can improve communication to make things even better.

Amandeep was so professional and polite today on her first clean. She arrived one hour earlier than scheduled but that was fine today. But for future I prefer if I am informed about any changes in times. She listened to all my requests and feedback and cleaned everything nicely. My only complaint which I told her about is to tidy up after she cleans and put everything back to where it was on the surfaces, and she said she will make sure she will do so next time. Thank you, I am happy to have her cleaning my house again.

Amandeep was friendly and did her best to clean the house within the time booked. She arrived quite late, which is understandable as it was her first time. She was proactive in asking whether I was happy with the cleaning. In the end, we agreed to add another hour to future sessions, as I believe she would make good use of the extra time.
