Cleaner was polite and friendly but the clean was substandard. Requested another cleaner for next week Did not hoover or mop under dining table No furniture dusted in any bedroom TV not dusted Shelves in kitchen not dusted Walked upstairs on cream carpet with wet muddy shoes on Stairs and banister not dusted broke picture frame in baby’s room and didn’t report it Vanity mirrors in 2x bedrooms not dusted The few items she did move to dust, and not just dust around, were put back sloppily and not in the right place Spent a maximum of 15 seconds hoovering each room Skirtings not hoovered or dusted Windows not cleaned (with exception of 1)
